We take great pride in knowing that from all of the cards sold we experience a merchandise return rate of less than 1%. Our promise is satisfaction guaranteed on all orders. We specialize in industry specific themed cards, and we'll print any standard message on any imprintable card at no extra charge! Just choose from our selection of designs and tell us which standard message you would like. In addition, if you see a card you would like themed with your companies equipment or business theme, send us an email letting us know, at samples@specialtygreetings.com or call us toll free at 1-866-235-0093 or 541-344-6400 and we will send you a sample themed card for you to view at no cost to you. You may also customize your cards and-imprint logo, name, or special instructions. Choose specific ink colors and fonts styles to fit to your company. A personalized card that prominently displays your name and logo ensures that you and your company will make a professional and lasting impression. SIGNATURE IMPRINTING Tired of passing cards around until all the employees have signed them. We can help! Have everyone sign their name with a black Sharpe pen and send it to us; we can arrange it on the card either in the red ink or black. There is a small set up fee of $30. FREE ENVELOPES Christmas card envelopes come in beautiful bright white, red, white w/gold foil lining, and white w/silver foil lining. RETURN ADDRESS PRINTING We offer return address printing on the back of each envelope. There is a set up fee of $10.00 and 9 cents per envelope. You may choose either white or red envelopes. We will print using red ink on white envelopes. If you choose to use the red envelopes we will print with black ink. PRIVACY POLICY Contacting Specialty Greetings via e-mail or ordering is done through a secure sight and will not under any circumstances share or sell names or any other information about our online customers. We will use this information to help us process your sample requests or respond to your inquiry. All of your personal information will be stored in a secure database in the United States of America. Access to this database is limited to authorized persons. Occasionally, we use data collected about customers and prospects to inform them about products or services from Specialty Greetings. Many of our customers find these e-mail promotions valuable, whether they are shopping for merchandise, taking advantage of a special offer, or purchasing unique services. Return Policy At Specialty Greetings, our goal is to the very best service. We will make every effort to make sure your order is printed error free. If there are any errors or misprints in your order at the fault of Specialty Greetings we will reprint your order promptly and reship it to you at no expense. Although we attempt to proof read orders for spelling, grammar, and completeness, we can not guarantee that we can catch every error. We strongly urge that you carefully proof all text while placing your order and carefully read all email confirmations as they contain important information about your printed order. If your wording gets printed and contains an error, we will work with you to get your order reprinted promptly. We can not issue refunds on custom printed products due to customer typos, omissions, or changed dates, etc. For orders over 500 in quantity, Specialty Greetings requires that the customer review a proof. Upon approval, the customer assumes responsibility for the order. If customer declines to wait for a proof, the customer assumes responsibility for the order. |
